Before a commercial link is added
Before FitFootprint adds a material commercial relationship or link, the site will verify the actual relationship, publish an accurate disclosure route, and place a clear disclosure near the affected recommendation or call to action. The relationship must not determine whether a product is included, excluded, ranked, or scored.
Product access and editorial claims
Bought, borrowed, supplied, discounted, or otherwise accessed equipment must be described accurately when it is material to the guide. Documentary research is not presented as hands-on testing, and a commercial relationship does not establish a product’s fit, safety, quality, or value for a reader.
